Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

Recipe:
4 eggs
Knob of butter
50g of you favourite cheese
1 Tbsp chives (optional)
Salt and Pepper
Method
1. Whisk eggs together and season with salt and pepper
2. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat, add eggs and keep moving until they reach required consistency for you. Use a whisk for fine scramble or a spoon for chunky scramble. (They are tastier when left a little loose!)
3. Add cheese (and chives if you wish) and stir. Serve immediately on hot buttered toast. Ummmmm!
