Recipe:
220g Frozen Peas
50g Butter
1 Tsp Mint Sauce
½ Lemon
Salt and Pepper
Method
1. Bring a pan of water to the boil and simmer the peas for 5/6 mins or until cooked.
2. Drain the peas and place in a bowl with the butter, mint sauce, juice of ½ Lemon and seasoning.
3. Blend with a stick blender until smooth. Check seasoning and serve.
