Simple Fruit Salad

Serves: 4 – 8 portions

I make enough to last a few days as it keeps well. You can vary it as you like, using strawberries, kiwis etc. but I find these fruits keep the best. A really refreshing way to start your day!

Recipe:

4 Apples, core removed
2 Lg Oranges, Skin and pith (see hints and tips!) removed
½ Pineapple, skin and core removed
20 Mixed Red and Green Seedless Grapes
Enough orange juice to cover (around 1 litre!)

Method

1. Cut most of the fruit into bite size pieces, leaving the grapes whole if you like.

2. Place in a large bowl and cover with orange juice.

3. Scoop out a portion and enjoy.
