Honey and Sesame Roasted Parsnips

Sweet and sticky with a little crunch!
Recipe:
Oil
1 Kg Parsnips
1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
1 Tbsp Honey
Salt and Pepper
Method
1.Pre Heat the oven to 200’c
2. Cut the parsnips in half if small and into quarters if large.
3. Place in a roasting tray along with a little oil, salt and pepper. Roast for 30-40 minutes or until slightly soft.
4. Add the honey and sesame seeds to the parsnips and stir to coat.
5. Roast for a further 10-15 minutes or until soft.
