Watercress, Blue Cheese and Pear Salad

This salad has great flavour combinations. Salty Blue Cheese, peppery watercress and the sweet, crisp pear. Serve with some grilled chicken as a side salad or on its own as a starter.

Recipes:
1 Bag of Watercress (around 100g!)
1 Bag of Rocket (around 100g!)
150g Dolcelatte, or any soft blue cheese
2 Large Ripe Pears
2 Tbsp of Walnuts, toasted
3 Tbsp Basic Dressing

Method
1. Place you watercress and rocket in a large bowl.

2. Cut each pear into 4, remove the core and cut each ¼ in ½! Add to the bowl along with the dressing and gently toss to coat.

3. Transfer to a serving dish, crumble over the blue cheese and scatter the walnuts to finish.
