A great way to use up any old Christmas pud!

 

Christmas pudding Ice Cream

Approx. Cost: £2

Preparation: 10 mins

Cooking Time: 2/3 hours freezing time!

Serves: 4

A great way to use up any old Christmas pud!

Recipe:
1ltr Tub of Good Quality Vanilla Ice Cream
250g Old Christmas pudding

Method
1. Place your ice cream in the fridge for around an hour or until softened slightly.
2. Meanwhile, finely chop your Christmas pudding.
3. Transfer your ice cream to a large bowl and mix in the Christmas pudding pieces
4. Transfer the mix into a shallow dish and pop in the freezer.
5. Take the mix out of the freezer every 45 minutes and give it a good beating. This will stop those large ice crystals from forming.
6. When firmed up, scoop and serve!
