Ham and Cheese Croissant

That buttery breakfast delight with a warm filling, umm!

Recipe:
2 x Ready to eat Croissants
2 x Slices of Ham
100g of your favourites cheese, grated
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard (optional)

Method
1. Pre-heat the oven to 190’c

2. Slice your croissants in half lengthways, spread with Dijon mustard if using, top with ham and cheese.

3. Place on an oven tray and bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until filling is warm and the cheese is starting to melt. Serve straight away.
