Spiced Lamb Burger

Subtle spice and lamb go hand in hand! Adding Tsatziki will give a cool, clean cut through the spice.
Recipe:
Oil for frying
500g Lamb mince
1 Tsp of each coriander, cumin, paprika
½ Tsp Chilli powder
2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 Medium onion, finely chopped
1 Bunch coriander, roughly chopped
1 Tbsp mint sauce ( if you have it!)
Salt and Pepper
Method
1. Sweat off onions and garlic in a lttle oil until soft without colour. Leave to cool.
2. Mix together lamb mince, spices, coriander, onion mix and mint sauce if using. Season with plenty of salt and pepper.
3. Shape into 4 patties and chill in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours or preferably overnight.
4. BBQ until cooked through. (Alternatively start in the oven, see hints and tips!)
5. Serve on grilled pita or in a toasted bun with salad and tsatziki.
