A nice sweet little snack that you can add anything to, chocolate, dried apricots, dried cranberries, raisins, coconut, pumpkin seeds……………..
Recipe:
125g Butter
125g Demerara Sugar
5 Tbsp Golden Syrup
225g Oats
Method
1.Pre-heat oven to 180c. Grease and line with greaseproof paper a 23cm deep Baking Tray
2. Melt together butter, golden syrup and Demerara sugar.
3. Add oats (and anything else you like!)
4. Pour into baking tray. Bake in oven for 15-20 mins. Remove and leave to cool and portion as desired!
