Mojito

If you like white rum then this classic is a must!

Recipe:
Plenty of crushed ice
8 Fresh Limes
170g Caster Sugar
1 Large Bunch of Mint
35cl Bottle of White Rum
700ml of Soda Water

Method
1.Half fill a large jug with crushed ice, sprinkle over the sugar. Zest one of the limes, then juice the rest adding it and all the remains to the jug!

2. Roughly chop the mint and add to the jug. Gently crush against the ice with a spoon.

3. Add the white rum and soda to taste.

4. Serve, preferably in chilled glasses!
