Traditionally served at Eton collage’s annual prize-giving celebration picnic on the "Fourth of June" (actually celebrated on the last Wednesday in May). Thanks to this recipe you can now all enjoy this delicious pud!

Large Punnet of Strawberries, each strawberry cut in half
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
300ml double cream
75g Icing Sugar
8 Meringue Nests

Method
1. Whip the cream along with the vanilla and icing sugar until stiff enough to hold above your head!
2. Gently break up the meringue and add to cream along with the strawberries.
3. Fold gently to combine and serve.
