1. Cut new potatoes in half and mix with mayo, spring onions, mustard, lemon and salt and pepper. Serve.

Recipes:
1 kg new potatoes, boiled until soft
5 tbsp mayonnaise
1 bunch spring onions, finely chopped
1 tsp wholegrain mustard, juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper
