Recipe:

120g Butter, Softened
200g Digestive Biscuits, broken into small pieces, keeping all the crumbs!
300g Good Quality Dark Chocolate
100g Mini Marshmallows
2 teaspoons icing sugar for dusting

Method

1.Melt the butter and chocolate together, over a very low heat, in a saucepan. Take out 1/3 and set aside.

2. Fold the biscuit pieces (including the crumbs!) into the larger melted chocolate mixture in the saucepan and add the marshmallows.

3. Tip into a foil lined tray (about 24cm square or if not whatever you have!); flatten as best you can. Pour over the rest of the melted chocolate and leave to cool in the fridge for 2/3 hours .

4. Cut into whatever size portion you so desire!!!!
