    I make enough to last a few days as it keeps well. You can vary it as you like, using strawberries, kiwis etc. but I find these fruits keep the best. A really refreshing way to start your day!

    Two things you need to do for a good boiled egg: one, make sure your eggs are at room temperature for cooking and, two, time the eggs otherwise they’ll either be hard or soft!

    Breakfast smoothies are a great start to the day. You will need a smoothie maker or stick blender which can cost as little as £5 and can be used for sauces, dressing and cocktails as well!

    Muesli is the ultimate start to the day. Full of goodness and slow releasing energy to keep hunger at bay until lunch! You could make 2/3 times this recipe as it will keep in an airtight container for months.
