    A classic French salad, Tuna Nicoise! With all the different colours, everyone will be impressed with your chef style knowledge and skill! Fresh Tuna should be a bright red/ brown not a dull brown!

    Setting fire to your food! There is surely no other dish that will impress your guest more! However, please take care to only ignite your food and not yourself or the kitchen!

    The Seabass is a favourite with chefs for its versatility and fantastic flavour. This recipe is simple but definitely has a WOW factor!


    This is the proper way to make carbonara; nice and simple but will always impress!

    This does contain partially cooked eggs so not for pregnant women, young children or elderly students! A great dish to feed 4 people for a little over £5, bargain!
