Suitable for vegetarians!Cous cous is so versatile and will lend itself to any flavour. I use jars of roasted red peppers for convinence, there just as good as roasting your own.

To finish, serve with a nice dollop of salad cream! For an ultra crisp coating, give them 5 minutes in a deep fat fryer, followed by 10 minutes in the oven. However, if you don’t have a fryer to hand, this recipe is a good alternative.
