    Little tiny fish, usually herring, coated in seasoned flour then deep fried. You’ll need a trip to the fishmonger for this one! Only make using a deep fat fryer.


    Toasted Ciabatta Mozzorella ~ serves 2 ~ Costs £3

    A great dish that’s simple and delicious. To add another flavour why not try thick cut tomato slices, basil leaves or roasted peppers!

    I use chestnut mushrooms for this, as they have a slightly stronger flavour, but you could use any. From basic buttons to exotic wilds, it always tastes great!

    What an aroma! You’ll find it hard to beat the comforting smell of prawns in garlic butter! I serve my prawns with buttered slices of French stick, toasted and then rubbed with a little garlic!
